~ Wedding Photography ~

This summer I was able to shoot a few weddings with my good friend and professional photographer Olivia from Images by Olivia.  She is a super talented photographer and together we had a blast shooting this wedding at the start of Sept.  Weddings are always a fun time seeing the couple enjoying the day with their family and friends and the special moments that unfold.

Shot an engagement shoot today with my photographer friend Olivia.  We met the couple in Vegreville and did a shoot with massive clouds of skeeters attacking in waves.  Thankfully though the clouds cleared and we had a window of time to shoot without rain.  -Randy

I got a chance to take photo's for Erin's sister Megan and her new husband Matt.  This shot is of Erin and her husband Ryan.  I had the pleasure of shooting pictures of her wedding a few years ago.  It was nice to add their picture to my 365 project.  Such a good looking couple.  I am glad to see them still as happy as they were on their wedding day. -Randy

Kayleigh and I had talked about doing a shoot years ago.  Today I was honored to have the chance to meet her and take some photos of her.  Her boyfriend came along and we were able to brave some cold wind and a fat studio cat that didn't like smelling dogs to get some photos done.  They are a really good looking couple, hoping they'll let me shoot them in some warmer weather this year.  Stay tuned! :) -Randy

~ 20/365 Romancing the Cold ~

49ers win today!!!!  They get to play in the Super Bowl!!!  Looks like Ravens and 9ers!!!  I love it.  Today's photo is of Kelsey and Kyle, a couple that drove out to Vegreville today for a couple portrait session.  The good news is they are a great looking couple in love, the bad news, it was -25 today.  We gutted it out and it was a successful shoot and I am thrilled to show them off as my photo of the day.  -Randy

~ 10 Years today!!!! ~

10 YEARS TODAY!!!!!

Seems like time has flown....to be here waking up to a 10 year Anniversary.  Life speeding by and a Wednesday that will be busy with work.  However as busy as life gets and as busy as it seems, it is all manageable and tolerable because of that 4 letter word.  :)  LOVE!!! :)  

There are times when life stresses you out, times when you feel angry at the world....but having the support and love makes a world of difference.  I am not going to get all emotional and write all my feelings down about love.    The reason I love art and photography is it expresses visually the things I struggle to say with my words.  So rather than me trying to wax eloquent about my feelings, I'll post some images that are special to me and make me think warm and fuzzy thoughts about my amazing wife.
